Design Management services provided to the Project Managers through RIBA Workstage 2-4, including management of the design team of approx. forty consultants, Building Control submissions and approval consisting of works associated with the Building Safety Act, BS 8414 bespoke fire testing, management of CDE and all RIBA stage outputs. Procurement of key packages façade, steelwork, PC Planks and assistance with Main Contractor engagement and procurement.
