RIBA Workstage 5-6 Package Delivery for the CDP Façade and Brickwork specialist design, working as lead designer for the façade contractor developing the stage 4 information to deliver the design intent, interfacing with the listed façade and other key trades such as the PT frame designers, GRC and roofing. Delivering an overall coordinated façade design which encompasses the coordination with all other packages in accordance with the TIDP, construction programme and project ERs.
