Buxted Park
The architecture of this scheme takes its cues from the site’s rich heritage and rural setting. Homes are designed to reflect the scale and character of local buildings, using a carefully chosen palette of brick, timber, and slate to sit comfortably within the landscape. Inspired by the historic relationship with Buxted Park, the design frames key views and reinstates traditional features like pastureland and field boundaries. Buildings are positioned to respect ancient woodland and heritage assets, while offering a contemporary take on rural architecture that feels both familiar and refined. The result is a place that feels rooted, thoughtful, and enduring.
