The layout responds intelligently to site constraints, with drainage strategy and SUDs design guiding the positioning of green infrastructure at the site’s lowest points. Homes are sensitively arranged to follow the sloping terrain, using stepped and split-level designs where needed. Retaining walls and thoughtful orientation ensure smooth transitions across the site, creating a landscape-led approach that balances practicality with visual harmony.
